Sunway Healthcare & Visviva
Since 2024, Visviva Media has been working closely with Sunway Healthcare Group’s Clinical Research Centre to bring clarity, warmth, and trust to the way research is communicated.
In healthcare, facts alone are not enough — the human story behind the science matters just as much. Our role has been to bridge that gap, crafting content that not only informs but also resonates. We collaborate with Sunway’s researchers, clinicians, and leadership to understand the essence of each project, from groundbreaking clinical trials to behind-the-scenes innovations that improve patient care.
Through careful scripting, authentic interviews, and thoughtful cinematography, we transform technical research into compelling narratives that connect with patients, medical professionals, and the wider community. Each production is approached with the precision of a research paper and the empathy of a patient conversation — ensuring every message is accurate, engaging, and aligned with Sunway Healthcare Group’s vision of advancing medical excellence.
Our partnership is more than content creation; it’s about shaping a voice for research that inspires confidence. Together, we are building a library of credible, memorable stories that reflect Sunway Clinical Research Centre’s dedication to science, innovation, and the lives it touches.
Sister Khaw’s story is one of quiet strength, deep compassion, and unwavering dedication to her patients. At Sunway Clinical Research Centre, where science meets care, she has become a trusted presence — guiding patients through complex medical journeys with a gentle hand and a steady heart.
Her work is deeply supported and shaped by the leadership of Dato’ Dr Chang Kian Meng, chief haematologist at Sunway Clinical Research Centre. Under his guidance, the centre has fostered a culture where research excellence and patient-centered care go hand in hand. Dato’ Dr Chang’s vision ensures that every trial, every study, and every interaction remains anchored in both scientific rigor and human empathy.
This video captures more than Sister Khaw’s professional role; it reveals the spirit that drives her. Through intimate conversations and candid moments, we see the countless small gestures that make a difference — a reassuring smile, the patience to explain a process one more time, the ability to make each person feel seen and understood.
Produced in collaboration with Sunway Healthcare Group’s Clinical Research Centre, this piece is both a tribute and an insight — showing how leadership and frontline dedication come together to embody the true heart of healing.
