In 2023, Visviva Media was engaged by Sunway Medical Centre under a retainer package to support their ongoing video and photography needs. The goal was clear: to maintain a consistent visual standard across internal communications, events, patient education, and brand-driven content. What began as structured monthly deliverables soon evolved into something deeper.
As Sunway Medical Centre’s ambition expanded—toward research, regional leadership, and international recognition—we were invited to support the telling of that story. Our collaboration progressed to producing special feature videos for their growing network of Centres of Excellence. These included dedicated visual narratives for Clinical Trial, Oncology and Orthopaedic, —each crafted to honour the science, the people, and the human impact behind the care.
The challenge was not just to make the Centre visible, but to make it understood: to reveal the expertise, empathy, and multi-disciplinary collaboration that set Sunway apart.
In 2025, Sunway Medical Centre was recognised by Newsweek as the #1 private hospital in Malaysia—a milestone that reflected not only clinical excellence, but a clear, confident brand presence shaped over time.
